Since 2013 Mondern B.C. Excellent service skilled professionals barbershop definitely superior quality clippers equipped full-service for all hair types and ages. Reliable, reasonably priced razor edge service. Master Barber/owner, amazing personality and social. Redeveloping community, peers and students, centrally located in Midtown Houston.

I've been going there about 7 years... never got a bad cut , very nice and helpful staff and students .. I saw David today , he did an amazing job on my hair and beard... I recommend Modern Barber to anyone who wants a great cut at an affordable price. Happy ustomer here, Marlon

Called today and spoke with Don, who was warm and personable, regarding getting a professional haircut after doing a big chop at home. Walked in and the first thing I noticed was how wonderful the establishment smelled! I also noticed how clean it was as well. Keith was my barber and he cut my hair EXACTLY how I wanted... but even BETTER!!! He’s a true artist and master of his craft! Hell the man must also a magician cause he took me from Florida Evans to Halle Berry in record time! He’s knowledgeable with a kind and friendly demeanor! He listens to what you want and serves it up with a 100 watt smile on the side. The other barbers were friendly and professional... an amazing group of individuals! Will definitely be following and supporting Keith when he graduates! This establishment is truly a hidden gem in the city! I highly recommend Don and his team at Modern Barber College!!!

My grandmother used to take me to the original one so when I found their new location I continued my patronage. Out of many decades I've been going i only revived one bad cut and they refunded my money.

Modern Barber College Staff & Students Are Always Professional & Courteous. Highly Trained To Cut Hair, Shave, Every Ethnicity Group Etc. Very Affordable At A Low Price! Clean Environment, The Students Sterilize And Clean All Barber Equipment, Clippers After Each Client. Wipe Down Barber Chair, Sweep Hair Off Floor & Surroundings Area Before Next Client. Top Notch Service With A Smile Always! The Owner & Manager Is So Kind & Helpful To Every Patron That Walks In Modern Barber College.
